This page explains what information Crypto Jacky collects from visitors, why, and how to opt out of what can be opted out of. The short version: this site does not run third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data, and the data it does collect is limited to standard server logs and anything a visitor chooses to send by email.
Server logs
Like effectively every website, the server that runs Crypto Jacky automatically logs basic technical information on each visit — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is standard web server behavior used for security and troubleshooting, not for building an advertising profile, and it isn’t shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Cookies
Crypto Jacky does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set a small number of functional cookies related to site operation, such as remembering a search or a comment form entry if comments are used; these are not used to track visitors across other websites.
Analytics
This site does not currently run a third-party analytics service like Google Analytics. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to name the service used and explain what it collects before it goes live — not after.
Contact form and email
Reaching out through the contact page means sending an email directly. Whatever is included in that email — name, email address, and message content — is used only to respond to the message and isn’t added to a marketing list or shared with anyone outside of running this site.
Third-party links
Articles and reviews here link out to exchanges, wallet apps, and other services. Once a visitor clicks through to one of those sites, that site’s own privacy policy applies — Crypto Jacky has no control over what a linked third-party site collects, and this policy only covers cryptojacky.com itself.
How to opt out or ask questions
Since this site doesn’t run tracking cookies or third-party analytics, there’s currently no tracking to opt out of beyond what’s described above. Browser settings can block or clear standard server-log-adjacent cookies at any time. Any question about what this site collects can go to hello@cryptojacky.com.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects changes — adding analytics, adding a comment system, adding a newsletter — this page will be updated to reflect it, with the update visible here rather than announced only elsewhere.
